• Aggregate & de‑identify data for analytics that no longer identify you.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We never sell your personal data. We may share it only:

• Service Providers – cloud hosting, email delivery, customer support, and OpenAI LLC for language processing (bound by confidentiality).
• Legal & Safety – if required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

6. Data Retention

Drafts and processed emails are stored for up to 30 days by default, then permanently deleted unless you opt‑in to a longer retention period or legal obligations require otherwise. Aggregate analytics may be retained indefinitely.

We employ encryption, but no system is 100 % secure; inform us immediately at security@fwdbot.com if you suspect a breach.

8. Your Choices & Rights

• Delete Data: You may request deletion of stored emails and related data.
• Access / Correct: You may access or update account details via your dashboard or by contacting us.
• Opt‑Out: You can opt‑out of non‑essential emails.
• California Privacy Rights: Residents may exercise CCPA/CPRA rights by emailing privacy@fwdbot.com.
• GDPR: If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have additional rights (access, portability, objection, restriction, erasure). Our EU representative is listed on our website.

9. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside your jurisdiction, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
